It’s an impatiens glandulifera, I have it in my garden. It comes from Asia with the wool many years ago. At VERVIERS (Belgium) they import the wool and the seeds came too! There are on the banks of the river. Pay attention, when you have it in your garden, the seeds go everywhere. In my garden I have sowed in a corner where nothing grows! ther it’s beautiful and without problem
